If your wireless or landline phone carrier cannot directly access the City’s 3-1-1 Call Center, you can reach us by dialing 865-215-4311. Call Mon- Fri, 7 am- 5 pm.

Call for these services: athletics, brush and leaf pick-up, City Court, codes enforcement, dead animal pick-up, dirty lot clean-up, garbage complaints, parking tickets, parks and recreation, pothole repair, recycling, solid waste information, street light outages*, storm drains, street cleaning.

(* Did you know that all street lights are identified by a number on the pole s0 you can tell the city exactly which light needs replacing?)
